"The common thread and passion throughout my adult life has been my continued vested interest in real estate. I've since then made it my full-time profession, because it allows me to help my clients achieve significant life goals, like buying their first home, or selling a cherished property. Simply put, real estate became the bigger part of who I am to the core."

Before dedicating herself full time to real estate, Laura co-founded and operated a successful independent film production company from 1997 to 2012. Concurrently, she spent over a decade immersed in the Los Angeles real estate sector as a private investor -- acquiring, renovating, and managing residential properties. This dual-career path gave her a rare and valuable blend of strategic vision, market insight, and hands-on experience.

Her earlier career in corporate operations and sales management further refined her leadership and negotiation skills -- allowing her to navigate even the most complex transactions with confidence and clarity.

Laura is proud to be affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty, one of the most reputable and internationally recognized names in real estate. Founded in 1906, Coldwell Banker is the oldest and most established residential real estate franchise system in North America -- a legacy of trust, global reach, and performance that adds unparalleled value to every client experience.

When you work with Laura, you benefit from her direct, personal involvement at every stage. She does not delegate to a team of associates; instead, she prioritizes her clients' interests with an unwavering focus on quality, discretion, and long-term value -- not just transaction volume.

Outside of real estate, Laura enjoys spending time on the water, taking long walks, exploring new restaurants across Los Angeles and during her travels. A natural host, she loves bringing people together and creating meaningful moments with family and friends. Laura is genuinely curious about others and finds joy in listening to people's stories -- whether it's a client's journey to homeownership or a neighbor's life experience. That same warmth and attentiveness defines her approach to real estate.

Laura is an active member of the California Association of REALTORS® (CAR) and the Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Association of REALTORS® (BHGLAR), where she is recognized for upholding the highest standards of professionalism and client service.

My Real Estate Journey:

  • My history with Real Estate began long before I became a licensed CA Realtor in 2001. I began my life long relationship with Real Estate when I purchased my first property, before turning 19 years old.

Within a year of my first purchase, I sold that property and upgraded to a better and more functional property. I had learned from purchasing that first property what some of the “Must Haves” would become for me when moving forward with future property purchases.

One year later, I found myself ready to sell the “upgrade property” and on my way to another state. This next property (my 3rd) was the best one yet, not because I had way more money to spend, but instead because now with 3 under my belt, I had an insightful understanding of what made one property better than another. Many property purchases/sales and numerous state relocations later, I eventually made my way to beautiful Sunny Southern California.

  • I undoubtedly knew the desirable attributes my next property would need to have, to eventually become what would be my best purchase to that date! My first CA property purchase had every component that a property should have to qualify as a solid investment. I confidently knew by this time that (for its price point) I had purchased a premiere property.

By this time in my life, I had purchased and successfully sold about a half dozen properties for significant profits, in numerous regions and at varying price points. I had learned a lot. An important learning lesson was that price point is far less important than the investment worthy “litmus test” I had developed for myself for my property purchases.

Once I had purchased my first primary residence in Sunny SoCal, it was my time to make a go of it with property investments. I secured financing and a found an excellent Realtor partner and the journey began. I learned every possible nook and cranny of LA County and surrounding areas. Over the next many years, I purchased, fixed and sold (or held) about a dozen and half properties as a side gig to my full-time profession. Sometime during my investment journey, in 2001, I secured my own CA Real Estate License.

  • In 2011, I hung my real estate license with a reputable SoCal Real Estate Brokerage and my journey as a “Real Estate Agent” began. I began focusing full-time on helping buyers and sellers make their real estate dreams a reality. Same as always before, I am still investing in properties in various capacities for myself, but my full-time profession now is helping others with their real estate journey. For buyers, the primary focus is to find a home that is a solid investment, and equally as important, to find a place to Live Where They Love living. For sellers, I focus on positioning their property in the best light to sell for a maximum return. And, with investors, we collaborate and determine goals for their unique journey and take things from there.

In summary, I didn’t just wake up one day and decide, “I’m going to go into real estate.” I didn’t simply study and take a test and then suddenly “become a realtor.”

The common thread in all of my adult life has been that I’ve had a continued vested interest in real estate. It’s my full-time profession now, not because I found it, but because it became the bigger part of who I am to the core.

It would be a pleasure to have an opportunity to with you, wherever you are in your journey. I hope to begin a long-lasting and fruitful working relationship with you, and to become your “go to” person for all of your real estate endeavors.
